Featuring a large round Old European cut solitaire diamond (est. 1.6ct., I-J, VS1) very finely set in a hexagonal platinum mount enhanced with millegrain surrounded by a custom faceted rich blue sapphire border over a basket framework finished with delicate scrollwork detail.
