Tiffany and Co was chosen as the jeweller to make the 1920s inspired jewellery for Baz Luhrmann’s production of Scott Fitzgerald’s iconic movie The Great Gatsby. This was a natural fit. This very fine signed Art Deco bracelet was designed and made in the workshop of Tiffany and Co., New York located then at Fifth Avenue and 37th Street between 1926 and 1929. Like all Tiffany’s fine jewellery from this period the design is classically elegant, the workmanship exceptional and the gems the highest quality.

The bracelet is set in platinum, the metal of choice for fine jewellery of this period. Platinum allowed the setting to be delicate, crisply executed but strong.
