With a diamond set and pearl set drop each suspended by  knife edged rod sections separated by small old cut diamonds from an ellipitical old cut diamond set mount suspended from a chain. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the Laboratoire Francais De Gemmologie Dossier stating the saltwater pearl is of natural origin.
