Retro emerald cut vivid blue zircon, diamond and platinum ring featuring a large 7.5 ct zircon of strong adamantine lustre, eye clean, set in four clip style corner claws in a pierced basket. The zircon  is grain and rim set in a curved millegrain edged shoulder with six round diamonds, .30 ct total, G-H , VS – SI. 

Blue zircons are a very beautiful and much loved gem with a colour range from  pastel blues to unique vivid blues. Their very high dispersion results in very lively glowing stones. Like aquamarines they are enhanced by setting with diamonds.
