featuring a cushiony shape faceted Ceylon sapphire, estimated weight 4.09 ct surrounded by old cut diamonds set in a millegrain edged sloping cut corners mount with diamond set tiered shoulder panels in a platinum mount.

Accompanied by a LFG (Paris) certificate stating the origin of the sapphire as Sri Lanka and that there is no evidence of treatment.
